My Therapeutic Style
I specialize in Self-Discovery and the Development of Happiness.
Every therapist has their own style. My style with clients is direct, with an emphasis on achieving the most possible change in the least amount of time. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques to help you find the answers to your problems, and then move on with your life. My main tools to help you do this are visualization, regression therapy, and collaborative exploration. You are the orchestrator of your life, whether you realize it or not. That’s good news, because it means you can change the circumstances in your life and live more in line with your authentic self!
My hypnotherapy sessions are typically 60 to 90 minutes in length, and my rates are per session, rather than per hour. I do offer a sliding scale based on need. Hypnotherapy is currently not a state-licensed therapeutic modality, so most insurance companies do not cover it.
